Outdoor Programs for Young Adults/Adults -

Molly has developed Outdoor Programs for various exercise capacities and interests. Many of you may be reflecting on your resolutions and goals for this year... returning to nature and self centering is a great way to start.

For those of you who are attracted to team building and personal goal setting, Molly's Sunrise Workouts or Corporate Fitness Programs (CFC) may be exactly what you are looking for.

ADULT SUNRISE BEACH WORKOUTS
May 15 - June 21

  Time: Thursday and Saturday mornings over a six week period from 6:30 sharp to 7:30 am
Description: 1hr workouts outdoors, journeying through diverse terraine (sand, water, etc.), various beach locations

  About $15 per workout. Get ready for the next one and reserve your spot today!

 

To participate in the Sunrise Beach Workouts the following requirements apply:

1. Prepay the $185 fee via check, cash, PayPal/Credit Card for 12 sessions.
2. Your Signed Consent Form
3. Comfortable shorts and t-shirts that you don't mind getting dirty (for you will be in and out of water; no deep sea swimming so don't wear a swim suit).
4. Sneakers (you may not want to wear new sneakers)
5. Bring water, a towel, change of cloths (hats are optional since it will be early in morning)
6. You'll need to supply your own transportation (car/bike) to the locations.

After Week 1, directions to the Week 2 location(s) will be supplied.

6 WEEK CORPORATE FITNESS CAMPS (CFC)
'A healthy body is a pathway to
a healthy and productive mind.'

  Time: 6:00am to 7:15am
Description: designed as a weekly ‘boot camp’ to help people push past their comfort zones and work together. These exercises are designed to be challenging but not discouraging. Your staff will work individually and as a group to achieve new levels of fitness, while learning team-building skills. (Nutritional analysis, breakdown, suggestions and workouts for days in between camps)

What's included in the 6 sessions:

An initial assessment of everyone’s fitness level
Team building and individual strength exercises designed to improve your staff’s strength, endurance, health and camaraderie
Nutrition education, discussion and plans
