Indoor Programs - Fitness and Nutrition


Molly creates personalized fitness and nutritional programs based on clients needs and goals. Assess clients abilities and take them through various exercises designed to correct any imbalances, their posture and help them improve their physical fitness, strength and well-being.

PRIVATE STUDIO GYM:
 



2-3 days per week for best results
Personalized weight training programs tailored toward your goals and focused on correcting any imbalances
Discussions on nutrition - proper nutrition is 60% of your success in any weight loss/fitness program
Personal instruction is focused on correcting form, proper posture and breathing during an exercise
Programs change about every 4-6 weeks depending on your body's progress and need. These programs are geared toward functional fitness, i.e. teaching your body to have better balance and stability, and stronger core muscles, versus just muscle building. You will be less prone to injury whether you're playing sports, walking, jogging or lifting boxes.
Specialized workouts improve ankle, hip and joint strength, your posture, and allow you to burn more calories and build muscle strength.

You'll be able to follow your Workout Plan via your Member Online Area

Equipment used: mostly balance balls, fitness bands, wobble board, bosu ball, free weights and Bowflex.

Also offered is a kickboxing workout. Learn how to punch and kick correctly, separately and together...and sweat a lot.
