Programs change about every 4-6 weeks depending
on your body's progress and need. These programs are geared toward
functional fitness, i.e. teaching your body to have better balance
and stability, and stronger core muscles, versus just muscle building.
You will be less prone to injury whether you're playing sports,
walking, jogging or lifting boxes.
Specialized workouts improve ankle, hip and joint strength, your posture,
