Boot Camps also available for kids
I encourage the adults I train and the children
I coach to believe in themselves. Everyone should enjoy the sporting activities
they are involved in, not dread them. Individuals need to be comfortable
with their abilities. I identify each person's strength(s) and try to
place them in roles that match their abilities, both current and those
yet to be attained. This builds a sense of confidence that allows for
learning additional skills.
10 Week Plan Sept 11 thru Nov 13:
10 Week Physical Education Program (Weeks 9.11.06 thru 11.13.06 Tue &
Thu 10am - 11:30am)
Requirements: for
those who can online -
1. Parents fill out the "Online Profile
Survey" (activities, sports, likes & dislikes)
2. Sign waiver and mail, fax or hand in
3. Presidential fitness award testing

play kickball
